Soma Retreat: Four Days of Embodiment & Restoration in the Swiss Alps
Step away from the noise and return to the wisdom of your body. Nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this four-day Soma Retreat is a deeply nourishing journey into embodiment, rest, and presence.
Through somatic and restorative yoga, ritual, intuitive movement, and the grounding beauty of nature, we will soften the edges of doing and gently return to being.
What to Expect
- Embodied Practice: Daily somatic and restorative yoga sessions designed to reconnect you with the felt sense of your body. We move slowly, with awareness, creating space for regulation, release, and deep inner listening.
- Ritual & Movement: Simple, meaningful rituals and free, intuitive movement offer pathways to presence and personal connection — a remembering of the body as sacred and alive.
- Nature as Medicine: Guided nature walks invite you to move gently across alpine trails, breathe with the trees, and feel the quiet power of the earth beneath your feet.
- Time to Yourself: Spaciousness is woven into the rhythm of each day. Read by the fire, spend time in nature, journal, or simply rest in silence — this is your time to restore.
- Nourishing Connection: Evenings bring the warmth of shared meals, honest conversation, and space to be seen, heard, or simply held by the presence of others.
This retreat is a return to the body, to the breath, and to the deep intelligence that lives within. It is a pause — an invitation to listen, feel, and come home to yourself.
Whether you arrive feeling tired, curious, or called to reconnect, you are welcome here — just as you are.
