SOMESOMA – Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Somatic Yoga Practice

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and treatments provided by SOMESOMA – Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Somatic Yoga Practice, Zurich, Switzerland.
By booking an appointment—whether by telephone, e-mail, through the website, or via the Setmore online booking system—you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
SOMESOMA provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments and Somatic Yoga sessions.
The services offered are intended to support health, well-being, relaxation, and body awareness. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Treatment will only be provided where there are no contraindications from a therapeutic perspective.
While every treatment is carried out with professional care, no guarantee can be given regarding a specific outcome or recovery.
3. Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their health that may be relevant to their treatment.
Please inform your therapist, Christine Bisang, before each appointment of any changes to your health, including new diagnoses, surgery, pregnancy, medications, or other relevant medical conditions.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are binding once confirmed.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, will be charged in full unless the appointment can be filled by another client.
5. Fees and Payment
The fees published at the time of booking apply.
Payment is due immediately following the treatment.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- TWINT
- Cash
An invoice will be provided upon request.
6. Privacy
Personal and health-related information is processed confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Personal data are collected only for the purposes of providing treatment, managing appointments, issuing invoices, and complying with legal record-keeping requirements.

7. Confidentiality
All information disclosed during treatment is treated as confidential.
Personal information will only be shared:
- with your explicit consent;
- where required by law; or
- where necessary for medical clarification or the continuation of your care with another healthcare professional who is bound by professional confidentiality.
8. Liability
All treatments are provided with due care and in accordance with current professional standards.
SOMESOMA cannot accept liability for any consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted health information provided by the client.
To the extent permitted by law, SOMESOMA accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings, including jewellery, valuables, or clothing.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Amendments
SOMESOMA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in force at the time an appointment is booked shall apply.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
